Kingman Kut-Ups

Wow – Spring is finally Here! We are really hoping for a wonderful turn-out this year for our 38th annual Route 66 Festival. We thank (in advance) all the dancers that come, and hope to see you all back next year. Our thanks go out to Dee Dee Daugherty (Mesa, AZ) and Terra Anderson (line dance prompter, Kingman, AZ) for putting on great dancing!

The month of May will find us hosting our final dance until September. It will be a Pink Cadillac themed dance to be held on May 12th with Mike Wilder calling. Come help us celebrate and welcome the summer. The Club will be DARK until our Welcome Back dance which will be held on September 8th.

We started our summer Plus Class/Workshop on April 19th and it will continue through June 28th.  Classes are from 6:30 to 8:00 pm at the St. John’s United Methodist Church. The new plus dancers are doing extremely well.

As always, we will continue to have workshops for one hour (6-7 pm) before beginners class when they start in the fall. Beginner’s class flyers are out and class will start on September 20th, so we have plenty of time for recruiting our next class.

We all hope that everyone has a wonderful, fun-filled summer, and that we will see you all in a square this summer. Enjoy the sun!
